This was by far the best experience I’ve had maintaining a cluster for my vehicle. I had such a good experience in fact, I came back with two other vehicles that have also had problems in the past and they were able to solve it within two hours each! Trust these guys, they are the real deal.
I traveled to there location. They fixed two instrument clusters for me while I waited. They even recommended a spot for lunch while I was waiting for the 2nd instrument cluster. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable. Quick turnaround and they have a big assortment of parts and equipment. Drop off pickup, while you wait, and shipping service available. In the rare case a micro goes bad and they can't fix it, they usually have spares to sell. You won't be disappointed. They have excellent customer service. Their prices are extremely reasonable.
I gotta say that I'm well pleased with their work they are very professional and courteous and stand behind their work and the owner even drove me to the bank while my cluster was being repaired talking about 1st class service I highly recommend them to everyone.
It has been almost a week since my cluster was repaired. Totally recommend using Theo and John to repair your cluster. Great service, great price, and work completed while I waited. Well worth the repair and money invested. Use them you will not be disappointed.
Listen I called early this morning and i had some chaos to do. I finish and i respectfully call them and i was on my way. It took me one hour and six minute with traffic. I arrive and they was so wonderful to me. They checked my cluster and explain to me what the job in tell. They repaired it faster than they told me. Bottom line there work and service is top notch. THANK YOU!!!!!!
