I started seeing Dr. Mastrianno recently after having been to another PCP who belonged to one of those large groups in the area. I was pleasantly surprised.
The office waiting room was clean and comfortable. The waiting time to see the doctor was very tolerable. His office staff was polite and very attentive. The exam rooms are warm and decorated nicely and are not cold and sterile like some other doctors offices that I have been to.
My first visit with Dr. Mastrianno was wonderful! He listened to me and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough, efficient and very easy to talk to. I am very healthy and this was mainly a well care check, but I will definitely be keeping him as my primary care doctor.
The whole office experience was positive and I was even called with my blood work results only two days later. I have recommended Dr. Mastrianno to all my friends and family. I don't think it's right to mention any names, but stay away from those large groups.
Dr Mastrianno and staff are the best. I have been with his practice for many years. His is very caring, thorough, and professional. Highly recommended.
