  PROS: No better place to learn Krav Maga than this place. Juan "Sir" has been in marital arts for almost 20 years and has been through real world scenarios when it comes to being attacked. He does not settle for lousy technique and will make sure you get it right. Brand new building, equipment, and area as well. All for reasonable prices. Don't trust me? Go in for a free trial and see for yourself
  
  CONS: Parking isn't that good. Small lot that gets full quickly and no street parking so you have to find a different street to park on
  
  OVERALL: Once I figured out which martial art to take I knew this would be the best once I walked in the front door. Traci will make sure you're all set to fight with "Sir!"

  Sir & Traci run an Amazing Krav Maga shop... Everyone - students and teachers are all super cool, a really great learning environment. The facilities are super clean..

  I have been sending my children here to learn Krav Maga, both as a sport and self defense. They have been getting so much more - the instructors are amazing. I started going to the adult classes myself, and am amazed by how challenging it is to learn, and how great Juan is at teaching. Juan is a gifted instructor - he is a master in Krav Maga (as well as several other martial arts) and can break down the moves so each student understands (he has students with a huge variety of backgrounds and prior skills). He is demanding, which comes from his respect to the art and his responsibility to teach his students correctly. He takes his students seriously, and puts his heart into each adult and child. Ms Lee clearly understands children, and instructs with the perfect combination of kindness and encouragement, while pushing the kids to stretch to their potential. The instruction is very systematic, every student is known by name, level and ability. This isn't the kind of place you "get lost" in.
  I highly recommend this center - it is much more than martial arts. It is a real skill that can be used in need, as well as a boost to self esteem and general fitness (it's a workout, too!).

  The best Krav Maga school in the area!
  My daughter has been training here for 3 years with amazing results. Juan is very encouraging and passionate about his school and he invests all his energy in each student. He believes in them. He can be tough, but he needs to be to teach the art of self defense.

  Here you'll get a Martial Arts training experience like no other. I have about 14 years of Martial Arts experience and this place tops any school I've ever been to. The instructor is passionate about what he teaches and assures that what you are learning will be useful in the streets. There's no magic here, nor pampering. If you're looking to get in shape and really really learn how to defend yourself, then this is definitely the right place...
