I started seeing Dr. Bergstein many years ago for treatment of my anorexia and now consider myself fully recovered thanks to her help. During my several decade long battle with this illness, I saw many treatment providers in an attempt to get well. Her brilliant mind, unwavering empathy and kind heart are what I feel sets her apart form the rest.
Dr. Bergstein is also extremely trauma informed and has helped me greatly with the use of EMDR to treat my PTSD.
She is simply the best!!
It’s been years since I’ve seen Pauline, but I was thinking about her recently and googled to see if she still worked in the area. She helped me years ago in so many ways, I have been to many psychologists throughout my life and she was by far the greatest. She never judged me and always made me feel comfortable. Pauline is so sweet and genuinely cares about your wellbeing.
