(October 12, 2018, 3:20 am)Very comfortable and efficient service center for Lexus. While you're waiting, help yourself to several kinds of coffee, water, tea, popcorn, and some cookies or pastries, sandwiches at lunch time. You'll get your car back looking brand new. Expensive to have work done here just like any other dealer; but if you must have your car serviced by the dealer, this is a nice experience.

(October 11, 2018, 10:48 am)The staff here could not have been more helpful after my accident. They arranged everything from tow truck to pick-up for rental car and everything in between. They even held my dry cleaning while I spoke with the consultant, who by the way could not have been nicer and more accommodating.

(May 19, 2018, 11:07 am)This place probably wins the award for best customer service in NJ. Staff is AMAZING. Service is AMAZING, pricey though.. (What do you expect?) but they treat you so well it's worth it. EVERY member of the Lexus Service Team has treated me with respect and courtesy for the last 3 years I've been going.. (Hence why I'm never afraid to pick a favorite consultant when scheduling)... Free breakfast, water bottles, there's TVs, yogurts, popcorn. I mean seriously. No complaints.
