Out of the blue, our hot water heater sprung a leak. My wife called Shai and he came over within minutes. He checked everything out and told us that he could replace it on Sunday or Tuesday (after the holiday). He came Sunday and did the entire job by himself. We've used Intact in the past to get our furnace running again. Can't say enough about Shai. First off, he's local and he's such a nice guy. Completely reliable and so responsive. He is thorough and takes great care to make sure he keeps the work area clean. Also makes sure to explain everything as well. If you've got HVAC issues, reach out to Intact. You won't be disappointed.

Couldn’t be happier. We had a broken sewer line under the basement floor from our kitchen sink. Gary from Impact came at the appointed time gave me an estimate which from my research knew to be fair. He was exceptionally professional and well spoken. Impact completed the work the same day.

I had a leaky pipe, and Intact was able to get someone over in 1 hour to check it out, and had it repaired within the next 30-45 minutes. It was a bit pricey in my mind for replacing a very small section of copper pipe ($325), but given their quick response and quality of work I'm OK with that. Definitely reliable and would use them again!

My water heater tank burst and my basement was filled with 3 inches of water (see image). I called Intact and within 15(!) minutes from my call Shay from intact was on premise. It was Friday at 5 PM the end of the day - he could’ve easily not pick up however he did. He checked the pipes to make sure it is indeed the hot water boiler and not something else and after analyzing the situation he explained to me my options and gave me a quote. He then rushed to the supply store that was about to close at 5:30 to get a new water heater. By 7 PM the new water heater was installed and not only that he also brought a special vacuum to help get all the water from the floor - which saved us hours and hours of collecting water from the basement floor. When the job was done he sent me the photo fir my records. I could not be happier with the service and I would strongly recommend these guys.
