I can't say enough about how great the Kidsafe Youth Program is. My son, Shea has attended the Freehold YMCA Program with Sensei Chris. Sensei Chris is terrific role model who emphasizes morals first, discipline, self defense and accurate technique. My son has gained confidence, strength and coordination under this program. He is now 10 years old and is getting close to testing for his blue belt. This program takes time to learn the techniques properly and mature gradually as your child masters each level. I would highly recommend the Kidsafe Youth Program.
My nephew has been attending classes in Poughkeepsie, NY for 5 years now and loves it! As a child on the autism spectrum, his greatest struggle was socialization and confidence. This program has done wonders in both of these areas. We plan on continuing this program for a long time. We absolutely adore Sensei Frank!!
