Had the opportunity to see both Dr. Federman and Dr. Goldweit...their office is near the GW bridge so it's easy to access from the City (where I live) or for from New Jersey...Dr. Federman and Dr. Goldweit are just great guys...it feels like you are seeing old friends more than just your typical dentist....they care about doing the right things for their patients, and are extremely good at what they do...I saw Dr. Federman for a TMJ problem that I had developed (as he is a specialist in that area), and the treatment and advice I got were spot on (I am told that people from around the Metropolitan area travel to see him)...I saw Dr. Goldweit for some cosmetic issues including a cavity, and the work that he did is superb and I am very happy with how it came out...I have been bopping around from dentist to dentist for some time now, but I feel very good that I found these guys (Dr. Goldweit as my general dentist), and intend on remaining with them for a while...if you are thinking of switching dentists or have jaw problems, this is the place to go.
My understanding is that Dr. Goldweit is the general dentist and Dr. Federman the transmandibular joint specialist.
