The owner has a realistic view of the how personal work ethics differ among aides in this industry. He believes in transparency and any less than professional performance should be reported, immediately. The agency acts swiftly to correct deficiencies. If unable to meet the client's needs, the owner will recommend that you seek another agency.... We didn't. In the interim the agency sent 'trial' aides. We had so much faith in the ethics of the management team. We count this agency as one of the few supporters of our struggle... In the end it was medical rationing that took my grandmother's life. When the corporate owned hospitalists and outpatient doctors gave up on my grandmother, Fidelity Care was there for my family. The owner most often handles issues personally.
