So happy with our purchase. First easy communication for purchase and delivery. Be ready to accept a very large pallet- delivery driver helped us unload the entire 16ft pallet into our garage (took about an hour). It took two guys approx 3 days to build the sauna. 2 days to seal and finish inside and out. And 1 day to do the electrical. We choose to do the electric heater and half moon window. The electrical needs 60 amp 220 service and has output for LED and fan which we wired to a single outlet below the control panel and plugged in LED strip lighting which we ran below all the benches. We plan to rewire the control panel via Cat5 to inside our house to be able to turn on and off remotely. In addition we will be adding an sauna duct fan to run off the panel as well. Very happy with our purchase. The whole family loves it. Great quality and custom feel. Will post more pictures of the electrical install.

After doing extensive research, we found that the BZB W34 Sauna offered the best value-per-dollar for our needs. Prior to ordering, I had emailed badk-and-forth with Sig several times and he was very willing to put up with all my questions - and I had plenty! And during the assembly process, Sig was always ready to assist with any questions that arose. The kit went together fairly easily - I did most of the assembly solo, with some help with the heavy/awkward lifting from my wife.

If we ever move again, we will definitely get another BZB Sauna!

I finally got around to write a review for my sauna. This review is also for the BZB Company. From the beginning I had a very pleasant experience interacting with BZB staff. I did not know anyone who bought a sauna from them before but I loved the design of the sauna and it reminded me a lot of the BANYA I was used-to in the former Soviet Union. I bought my sauna at the end of May of 2019. It took about a month for delivery. During that time; I got updates about the delivery from BZB. Once the sauna arrived, it took a couple hours to unload and put all the pieces in my garage. I was not rushing the building process, so it took me about a month to build it. But someone motivated and with extra help can probably get it done in a week. During the building process, I reached out to BZB to ask questions as I continued building. I received immediate feedback which I’m very grateful for. The customer service was excellent. I chose a wood burning stove because I wanted temperatures around 100 degrees Celsius and those temperatures are hard to obtain with electric stoves. However, if you have neighbors who might complain about the smoke, you might be better off going electric. Just do your own research about what is right and legal for you and your area. Overall, and after some time using our sauna, I’m very happy with it. This is a great investment in the health of my family.

I've had an AMAZING experience with BZB Cabins! Great communication from ordering to delivery to installation. Sigmar is quick to respond, friendly and very helpful. The quality of the sauna is beyond expectations! Really high quality wood, fasteners, doors, windows, hardware. The manual could be a bit more detailed, but it all makes sense when you start putting it together, and Sigmar is there to answer questions. I asked for a couple of customizations and they accommodated them with no fuss. After everything was put together, we had a problem with the heater turning off before reaching target temperature. BZB stayed on top of this and found a solution. We are enjoying the sauna at least twice a week and it feels great! The chill room and the covered porch are really nice to have in addition to the hot room. All in all, great product, great service, highly recommended!
