The Spencer Bank located at 104 Passaic Street, Garfield, NJ is a bank I considered my second home because of their overall customer service is impeccable. I've been banking with them for approximately 5 years. It's the perfect small bank for a small business man like my self. Not only do I have my business account with them, I also have my non-profit account as well. Besides the fresh free coffee they serve all day during their business hours, they go on and beyond to put all my concerns to rest. Today, I had an issue with an account that was overdrawn, and Alicja Klecha took her time and explained the reason why and printed out my statement, so I can physically see the reason of my overdraft. Initially, I was rude to Alicja Klecha and in return she treated me with love this Valentine's Day.
I normally don't write these type of letters, but I was compelled to do so because she did not deserve the bad treatment I gave her, and she helped me to the best of her abilities regardless of my rude behavior. Great employees are hard to find, so I advise you to encourage and protect Alicja Klecha because she is an important asset to your company that will set the example for others to follow. Thank you Alicja for making this Valentine's Day memorable.
