“Very nice park. The surrounding area is a bit industrial though. One of the main things I like about it - which parents will like - is that it's all fenced in with only one entrance. That means less to monitor with kids running around. The grass needs some work and perhaps some benches near the trees for shade, but overall, good park!”

“I met the owner at a gym before he started this center. I have had several sessions and it is not the 'usual' routine. I have been working out consistently for over 30 years, so I get bored with the same old predictable hour of sweating. Rob mixes it up. I do not know what is coming next and everything is done in 3 minute rounds, so no matter how tough an exercise is, you know exactly for how long it will be happening. The time flies and I love that it is not a weight lifting session (boring) but, rather, a use your whole body to get cardio and strength mixed together. I love working out with Rob. He is knowledgeable, professional, and fun to work hard with! I highly recommend this fitness center for anybody who wants to lose weight, tone up, brush up on his/her boxing technique and never be bored while sweating!”
