  Buying and having my kitchen counter tops installed by Teixeiria Soapstone was a wonderful experience. They were professional, prompt and overall it was a pleasure working with them while completing our kitchen.

  Just completed a full kitchen renovation. Once we settled on soapstone, we realized it was crucial to go with a soapstone-specific contractor; as the knowledge of this material is pretty specialized. Maria and the rest of the staff were so helpful and patient and RESPONSIVE on all of our questions. They provided many samples, explained all the different properties, and helped us ultimately decide on a slab and finish that we are thrilled with. High quality workmanship, clear explanations and continued responsiveness at every step of the process really drives our recommendation.

  I agree with the other reviewers, if you are even at all thinking about soapstone countertops, this is the place to come. Diana was super helpful from beginning to end. She helped us pick out a piece, she was respectful of our budget, and she was friendly. Once we met her, we didn't want to go anywhere else. If you think you can't afford soapstone, you might be wrong. Go and see Diana and feel good about your purchase!

  If you are even thinking about soapstone... this is the place to go. Hands down. They have the experience and tools to get the job done so it will match the look you have in mind. Other places may have just a few types of soapstone - but they also likely have little experience working with the material.
  
  If your heart is set on soapstone - this is the spot.

  Working with the wonderful people at M. Teixeira was a high point of our recent kitchen renovation. From the moment I wandered into the Glen Rock showroom to learn more about soapstone through to last week's installation, everyone was so patient, warm and professional. Everything -- the estimating, the measuring, the fabrication, the installation -- was done on time, when promised, and the result is stunning.
