  We were referred to Seth Malkin after a conversation with a friend regarding the poor response from another attorney. What a difference Seth and his staff immediately provided. Attententive, professional and informative are just a few of the positive attributes we immediately recognized. A long process delayed by the shutdowns from Covid did not stop Seth from staying on top of every step that was required. Many conversations, never rushed, gave insight to the complexities of these steps. Guidance was given based on our needs. There was never a feeling that we were simply being put through a common routine. The results of Seth's representation are personal, but suffice to say, this review would not be here if it wasn't above and beyond satisfactory.
  There is a difference in representation. The decision to change from the first firm we spoke with and work with Seth was a very sound move. From the initial call to the conclusion of the case, there wasn't a single point where we didn't feel protected. Highly recommend!

  Seth Malkin and his team are truly a professional practice. I have used this firm more than once and they were always communicative in a timely fashion. Seth and his assistant, Maritza were in constant contact as to where my case was in the system. I would highly recommend using this legal practice and the honest and fair approach they maintain.

  Seth Malkin is one of the kindest, smartest and most empathetic people I know. His sharp listening skills, deep knowledge base and wide range of experience make him a great lawyer. He cares about his clients and fights hard for them.

  Levin & Malkin is by far the best law firm in Hackensack. Every auto accident has been handled by this firm - I’ve had several. Seth is awesome, he doesn’t play games and is always available. Denise is amazing, she is on point with everything. All my cases have been handled flawlessly from beginning to end. Trust this firm and do your part (which is get better) and they will do the rest. If you ever want to hear my stories to decide if you will use Levin & Malkin, call me with Seth or Denise whenever. They don’t just look at you as a client or a dollar figure where other firms might.
