Patel soltis and Cardenas worked with me for 2 years to get a loan modification. It was a roller coaster ride. I lost my job during the process, had to evict tenants, was facing a sheriff sale, and had 3 previous failed loan mods. I almost had to file bankruptcy, but Mr. Cardenas worked on my behalf to keep me in my home. He walked me through all of my issues and even was able to tell me why my previous loan mods failed. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. They have multiple locations and I want everyone know how they helped me. I met with them in their New York and New Jersey offices. They always made the for me.

I thought I was too poor to file bankruptcy as my wage garnishment was taking all of my money and I couldn't save enough to file bankruptcy. I was able to get on a payment plan for my chapter 7 and now the only thing I way is my bill and work on repairing my credit with the free program Mr. Patel paid for me to take.

Mr. Cardenas is the most patient person/attorney I have met. He explained to me all of the things that I could do and couldn't do when evicting my renters. He answered my calls whenever I called him. I never had an attorney that helpful.

I had my chapter 13 bankruptcy thrown out twice because my previous attorney couldn't get his act together. I went to Patel, Sotlis and Cardenas and they filed my chapter 13 Bankruptcy the day before my sheriff sale. They stopped the sheriff sale, and even worked with my bank to get a loan modification. I am not sure what they did differently than my previous attorney but all my paperwork was turned in and my plan was approved without any problem even though I was able to stop my bankruptcy and go with the loan mod.
