Life Storage - Hackensack

I had such a great experience at Life Storage. Zoe, an employee there, was very helpful and made sure I was fully informed of all their policies. Would recommend to anyone! :)

Newly built so it’s nice and clean. The elevator makes for a quick in and out. Conveniently located.

I would like to update my review from a few weeks ago. I don't know how to delete that review. I went to the wrong storage facility. It is right next door to Life Storage. When I called customer service they asked me if I was at the correct location, because there is a storage facility right next door. I went back the next day, and sure enough I had been at the wrong facility. We now have a storage unit at Life Storage. Rob was incredible. Very helpful and pleasant. He helped us get exactly what we needed and went out of his way to make us happy. The facility looks brand new, is climate controlled, clean and bright. If you need storage space I would highly recommend this place 320 S River Street in Hackensack!
