Super professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Produced great quality work. Truly blown away at how gorgeous my flowers turned out! I simply love this florist! Each time ordering flowers has been a breeze and when the flowers arrive at the destination I always receive a positive feedback on how beautiful they were! Their team is so nice and dedicated and always happy to help with design ideas etc. I will continue using Bill O'Shea's flowers, because they are so fresh and beautiful and the team is one of a kind!

EDIT: she LOVES her "death to her 20's and a rose for her 30's" bouquet!! She cried and immediately put it to hang dry and has plans to preserve it permanently. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Delivery on time and the flowers are beautiful! Had a bit of a "dental" emergency this morning, so I called to make arrangements for the delivery to be as expected. Linda was friendly and so professional! My son was SUPPOSED to get flowers Saturday (ordered elsewhere) they sent an e-mail stating that the flowers were delivered and they were NOT. Had to go back and forth with them after they offered 15% compensation! shouldn't have to fight for fairness. O'Shea's was in contrast a COMPLETELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, WILL USE AGAIN!

Bill O’Shea’s did a wonderful job of on-time delivering flowers! I am extra pleased with the beautiful arrangement (I chose designer’s choice) and had asked for a couple of red roses to be a part of it. And not just a gorgeous bouquet but it was combined with a lovely dark pink vase that made it all the more pretty!
Thank you for coming through with your promise and making my daughter’s wedding anniversary day so special!
