Just bought the best Electrolux from Ed. Over the phone. Sounds like he knows what he’s doing. After being in business for that long. You get to know what your doing. Let’s hope we get it soon

I brought my Electrolux central Vacuum nozzle to the Aerus Electrolux (New City Location) because it would not work, and was so disappointed with the Customer Service I received from the owner and his repairman. They were SO nasty and rude. They first told me that they would not work on my unit because I had aftermarket parts, then the owner told me in order to fix the unit I had to change all the parts on it like the elbow, motor and the belt costing me close to $200. I asked if the motor was checked and he said it was no good. When I sent my son to pick up the Unit they were also nasty to him. He asked them what was wrong with it and they told him they didn’t check the parts because of the aftermarket parts it had and they couldn’t work on it. Not only do they treat customers rudely and are nasty but there a rip off. They act like you own them something to fix your stuff. I then took my Unit to the Aerus Electrolux location in Hillsdale NJ and what a difference the owner ED and his repairman Sandy were. They were such Professionals. They looked at the Unit right there and fixed it on the spot costing me $20 for a bulb and a Fuse lead wire. These guys (Ed and Sandy from Hillsdale location) are true professionals and honest business people who care about their customers.
