  Beautiful park to walk around year round. Great swimming in summer. Good picnic areas close to parking.

  If you are a Bergen resident don't pay the fee and let them know that you want to get the Bergen pass, it will start saving you some cash in the second visit. Great for small kids. There are picnic tables, a small lake with catch and release fishing, nj fishing permit required, the lake/pool is divided into three sections, one with diving board, one deep swimming area and one shallow area. I go there as there are no waves for kids to struggle, nice sand. There is also a place ground, clean restrooms and showers. I think the food court is closed or open on special occasions.

  Great place! Beach was clean. Park and basketball fun for the kids.. wasn't overly crowded.. Great inexpensive way to spend a nice day!
