  Was a bit aprehensive about letting someone work on my car after a poor experience at another shop but the front end workers as well as the Subaru techs were very polite and accommodating, even for my preference to drive during the test drive to diagnose an issue. A car is a big purchase and some care and enjoy cars for more then just point a to b machines. I'm very pleased with how my entire service was handled and will be using this shop for any needs I may have on the future.A very happy 2018 wrx owner

  My wife and I have used this service center 3 or 4 times now, and the look, feel and service are all a large improvement from Bill Kolb Jr., where we serviced our previous Subaru. But the real highlight of our experience here has been Esma, our service rep. The level of service she provides elevates the entire shop, and we come in for services that are cheaper elsewhere because we know she will make sure the work is done right. I have had trouble with shops not getting work done correctly on the first visit before, but Esma has shown us time and again that she is as thorough as she is thoughtful. We will keep coming back as long as she is here.

  First time taking my Subaru to a dealership, and it was a great experience. My service consultant, James, was immediately able to identify the potential problem I was having (and ended up being right!). I left with peace of mind, knowing my car was in good hands.
