This morning 9/4/2018 just walk in told them my rod is broke in me..they said wait a minute...seles woman walk in in 3 minutes , take the broken rod from me , walk i. Wherehouse , come back w a brand new rod in original bag...

Had to return a broken pole. They were helpful and had great customer service.
I had a wonderful experience with the Customer Service department at Bimini Bay. I had a problem with a reel that I had just purchased and my husband tried to fix it and made matters worse. My local tackle shop was not willing to deal with it since we had attempted to fix it ourselves, so I contacted Bimini Bay Outfitters' customer service. They were extremely pleasant and accommodating. They told me to mail it back to them and enclose a small fee for shipping and handling. I followed their instructions and within 3 days received a replacement reel!!!
