  Went hiking here for the first time. It's about a 5 mile hike from the parking lot to the top of the hill and back again. Highly recommend during the fall season.

  I love this place. I have been coming here for about 25 years and its very tranquil. Its really nice to get out in the open air and walk around for a while.

  I highly recommend coming to this nature preserve. I don't even live near by. I was in the area and wanted to check out this place with my family. I was highly impressed. We only walked partially around the lake area of this nature preserve. It is very picturesque. We came in the Summer. However I would really love to come here in the fall to see the leaves change colors. I looked at the map of this place and it is much larger than it first appears. For those inclined, there are some more serious hiking trails that go on for miles. I definitely want to come back to this place when I have more time to explore all the different trails and have a great time. Hopefully I'll be back soon. The only downside is that this place is quite crowded on the weekends.

  It feels really good to take a hike through the res. There are flat, easy trails, as well as some strenuous, rocky trails to choose from. I'd recommend visiting this place if you enjoy taking in nature from time to time, even if it means dealing with some bugs every now and then (depending on the day). The sights are really amazing for this area, too, and I tend to see a lot of people walking in big and small groups, chatting, and taking it all in.
