If you're in a semi and have your trailer attached, don't pull in the yard. Park in the front and walk in from there. You can turn around or drive out using the business you see when you drive down the street, it's actually easy to get to.”

“This was miscommunications with the order. The app crashed so I called in my order at 5:36 p.m. and was told it would be ready at 5:55 p.m. But, the order was put in until 6:09 p.m. the order was paid for by phone. It was very busy and there was no parking. The bowl of chili is about 1 1/2 cups for $12 way too overpriced. The cup of chili is about 1/4 cup. They forgot the onions on the side and gave more cheese volume than the chili amount. There was a handful of chips in a bag on the side for the chili. The nachos were 1/3 eaten by the time I took a photo. The hotdogs were eaten later and I am not sure the outcome. I did call the restaurant back for a refund as they charged $5.00 for two large ice teas that we didn’t receive. I give them an extra star as the manager was empathic and she cared. She was concerned about something that had happened at the restaurant outside unrelated to the order. Which is good as it keeps community safe.”

“Clean Place and Nice Helpful Staff. Not a great place for anytime " Trucker Parking " an No Showers. It is what it is for the location it was built in . Fortunately for me I'm in a 26.FT. Box Truck an was able to park in Auto Area with permission from staff . Good People 🙂 . Comfort Suites Hotel next door with limited Big Truck parking 👌. Sometimes you get Lucky and then sometimes not . Be Safe Out There !”

I’ve always found the ever changing staff to be uniformly very kind, friendly and accommodating to the fullest extent that a branch office of large bank of this kind can be. I’ve dealt with all points of contact, drive in and walk in tellers up through management level; the service and attitude of staff is exemplary. Being in the retail sector for my entire professional life, I’ve expeienced plenty of harrowing retail ‘service’ (or lack therof). I’ve never seen anyone treat others in any way other than with kindness , helpfulness and friendliness, I’m writing to offset what seem a few sketchy remarks that lack specifics that, once again I’ve never seen in over two decades of regular visits to PNC Mahwah branch.”

“Great laundromat, albeit a little small. Word of advice, the owners don't allow the use of the dryers alone. Also, stay away from machines 11 and 12. The rest of the machines are great and your clothes come out very clean, but some reason these two eat a whole bottle of your detergent, but you won't see any suds and they won't clean your clothes.”
