The prices were reasonable and there is not to much to say because I had no problems so I had no need to deal with customer service. The process was very simple, I placed my order, the order shipped out quickly, the product was great and I will be ordering from them again! I've only ever ordered online since I live so far away, but I'm so overwhelmingly happy that their google ad was the one I happened to click two years ago. And so I looked them up on Google maps so I could give them an official local guide thumbs up!

Every order has arrived earlier than I expected. Every correspondence is updated by the time I start wondering when the update will be. (It's almost always me who missed the email) I've re-ordered print runs that I've gotten rave reviews on. I've received flawlessly identical items the second time around, and I continue to get rave reviews....Even the pens that are objectively cheaper quality. Five stars every time!
