(June 10, 2018, 4:13 pm)Good selection of flavors, which you can sample before you order. Not a huge place but there's decent seating (tables and chairs, not booths). There's also a walk up window for ordering while out for a stroll along Maywood's downtown strip. Note that they are open seasonally, so closed during late fall and winter. And cash only, so come prepared. And enjoy!
(May 30, 2018, 6:01 pm)I stop by Uncle Louie G's every time I'm in town, which is once or twice a year, and I am never disappointed. Service is quick and kind, and the Italian ice is very tasty! I love the variety of flavors; I try a new flavor every visit though always end up buying the peanut butter cookie dough. Their selection just can't be beat. I also like that the Italian ice is a little less sweet (IMO) than regular ice cream.
