When we bought our house almost immediately the letters started arriving about appealing our property tax. The one from Spiotti & Associates stood out as there was no risk to me. If I did not win an appeal I had no cost out of pocket. When I contacted them and questioned the process, it seemed almost to easy. It was as simple as signing a piece of paper and they took care of everything. Another attorney I talked to discussed a whole process, including appraisals, that would need to be done. With Spiotti I signed a piece a paper and just had to wait for the tax accessor to approve it. Highly recommend using them.
