I can’t say enough good things about Jack at Verizon World. I went in with my parents, I needed a new phone and my parents needed help getting their phone functioning again. Jack had the utmost patience and knowledge. He multitasked and was able to help with everything we needed. I highly recommend Jack and this store for all your cellular needs.
