(March 16, 2017, 4:01 pm)I had been filling my prescription at the CVS and always encountered lines when picking up - and I mean LONG lines. Also, the cars racing through the parking lot (motorists taking short-cuts) was always unpleasant to encounter. Lastly, the Pharmacy staff was not available at the posted morning opening time. So, I decided to move my prescription to Wallgreens - AND NEVER LOOKED BACK!
I think the Pharmacy staff is top-notch! As example, a family member has to give himself injections, and suddenly the syringes prescribed looked a LOT different. At CVS they got all defensive, showing they filled the prescription as written, not even listening to the issue.....why did they look so different? Before calling the physician......
...we strolled down to Walgreens and the pharmacist on duty immediately explained the syringe was from the same vendor, but a new design, and in her opinion, an improved design. She even demonstrated why! He moved HIS prescriptions over Walgreens too.
Non-Pharmacy store personnel are always helpful.
