  Excellent overall experience! I was greeted courteously by the staff as soon as I walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the girl who prepared my order offered me samples of different menu items to assist with my decision. I ordered one of the platters and received a generous portion with freshly cooked chicken even though it was getting close to closing time. I received my food quickly, and everything was delicious, including the desserts (they didn’t stand a chance, Tassos!). The atmosphere is casual yet modern, warm and inviting. I had the opportunity to meet and speak to one of the owners, and he made me feel like family. It’s obvious that he and his staff are genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. This restaurant is a must try! Thank you, Tassos and the rest of the Athenian Fresh Grill team! I wish you continued success and will definitely be back soon! ????

  This isn't a reboot of the old Athenian Grill. The new AG is worth a look. Great food. Friendly staff. Fantastic value. The desserts are amazing!

  First time at Athenian Fresh Grill and I highly recommend it. The staff was courteuous and helped me work my way through the menu. The food was prepared and preserved well. Everything was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN! The food was fresh and perfect portion size. I will be returning!

  Great staff. Awesome Greek food. Very friendly and funny employees.
  
  Update on my review since it's new owner and new restaurant.
  Everything improved. Food is so delicious. You order like chipotle. You are going to want to pick everything.
  
  We travel to Greece every summer and the thing u miss the most coming back to Jersey , is the Greek food.
  Well I'm glad we got this place near my house ... this is closest to Greece you can get.

  Great Greek food ! The gyros is flavorful, very tasty, and perfectly seasoned.
  Amazing deserts !
  Excellent spot for an authentic taste of Greece.
  Highly recommend!
