I was in a major bind. I needed an immediate replacement for my phone. I had accidentally put my cell in the wash. Raced down to Verizon Wireless at 4:22pm on Sunday. The store manager was there. He was super helpful & understood my urgency in getting a replacement phone . I have 2 elderly parents- one in the hospital- the other on home-care. Having a cell is a necessity. He got the new cell all set up for me - he even stayed beyond closing. I was super impressed with the Customer Service I received. I highly recommend Verizon Wireless of Northvale.

Christian was welcoming and effective in addressing my issue. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes with a new screen protector that he applied for me at no extra charge. The rest of my life should run so smoothly!

I had a seamless experience at the Verizon store in Northvale. Joe was very bright, patient and efficient. I left with my new phone up and running with everything g transferred from my old phone! The store was clean and they offered plenty of sanitizing products for use when you were in the store. I love my iPhone 12 Pro Max!!!!
