  I've had many doctors and physical therapists in the past treat me for different things that never seemed to know what they were doing. The staff at Performance Health is absolutely top notch. After suffering an ACL tear in high school, the therapists I had after were of no help and made my knee problems worse. I was referred to Performance Health through an old coach, and from that day on, everything changed. I was able to recover and make it back to playing sports. Because of Performance Health, I've been able to play collegiate football and rugby while staying healthy. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they care for their patients like no other. I've never felt more comfortable than I am with the staff here at Performance Health. They are all extremely good at what they do. There is not a doubt in my mind that they are the best of the best. Would highly recommend to ANYONE who has any sort of injury or issues!

  Highly recommend this facility. “One stop shop” for everything you may need to maintain your health and/or rehab coming back from an injury. The staff/doctors have been very knowledgeable, personable & dedicated to my recovery & running performance post hip surgery.

  Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. They offer a range of specialists and I was able to not only reduce pain in my leg and lower back from running with traditional massage therapy but also find holistic solutions for everyday ailments.

  I've searching for a doctor for two years, I found Performance Health along with Dr. Marvell Scott. I had a nerve condition that other doctors misdiagnosed and sent me on my way with prescriptions that I did not need. Once Dr. Scott and his team of OT, Chiroprator, acupunture,massage therapist and physical therapist found the under lining problem and my condition, in a matter of weeks I seen a difference. Dr. Scott and Perforance Health gave me my life back and help me gain my normal routin as a mom. They are very helpful at each office, polite and very friendly. Their goal for you is to see you get better and see progress each week. I have never been so impressed before with a team of professionals working together to make people better. I highly recommend Performance Health, they are a team of passionate professionals.

  Almost exactly one year ago, I sustained a very severe and complicated injury that involved not only my lower back, but my hip joints and all the related muscle groups. I've lived in Rockland County for many years and have come to be very skeptical about the quality of care available in this area. All too often, it seems doctors seem happy to write you prescriptions, rack up the insurance charges and send you on your way. The team at Performance Health have restored my faith that great, comprehensive care can be found close to home. Their unique team approach takes the best elements from all disciplines and applies them to each individual. Sports Medicine, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Medical Massage, Strength Training, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture and Nutrition, all under one roof. In addition to the medical team, the office staff treats you like family and go out of their way to ensure your insurance providers give you all the coverage you deserve.
  
  When I hobbled through the doors last winter, I was 34 years old, walking with a cane and in the worst pain I could imagine. In less than 8 months I was running the mile in just over 6 minutes, had strength and flexibility I never dreamed possible, and have established a much healthier lifestyle. And it's not just me- I've seen other patients, of all ages and conditions, come back week after week; each one healthier and more fit than when they began.
  
  It wasn't easy for me; but it sure beat the alternative- back surgery. The staff at Performance Health stood by me and got me to work harder than I thought possible to not only get better, but to be healthier than I was before my injury.
