I played in the simulator league and had a great time. It is a great facility and amazing way to get in extra practice in short time. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
I highly endorse and recommend Jim and his team. Extremely knowledgeable and they create a custom improvement plan based on your physical limitations and strengths. They work in stages until you are ready to take on the next challenge. Be prepared for a real workout. At the same time, you will not be disappointed with the results if you stay committed.
I have been training w Jim for over 2 years he is an expert in the field of corrective exercises and Golf Fitness Training. The state of the art facility in Oakland allows his students to maximize their potential. My golf game has improved tremendously over the past 2 years. My 15 year old son is also a competitive golfer looking to play at the collegiate level and certainly strength and golf conditioning training is a must and Jim and his team are doing an amazing job w Junior Golfers also.
