I did not know how or what I was looking for but Howie patiently worked with me to find the perfect engagement setting and then Diamond for the setting. I had not made a purchase like this before so it was nerve racking for me but their professionalism kept me calm. She said yes and we bought our wedding rings from Neil Diamonds too. We have since bought several more gifts from Neil Diamonds. Very professional and thoughtful to work with.

After I explained what I was looking for, they met me in the Diamond District in Manhattan with several choices. Howie worked with me through the process and was incredibly helpful!
