The care, expertise, and compassion of Dr. Russo, Dr. Nickels, and Dr. O'Brien is unsurpassed. The doctors are incredible, the office runs with zero issues (I've never experienced a problem in the years I've been), the nurses and support staff are **absolutely wonderful**, appointments are never an issue, and it's just an all-around phenomenal practice. The doctors set the tone of excellence, professionalism, and compassion. They delivered all 3 of my children (including our now 2 week old!) and the care I received was no doubt top-notch. What truly sets this dream-team apart is that they've got it all: they're amazing physicians, they're caring people, and they have a wonderful bedside manner. Every time I needed anything or had a question it was answered, and not only were my needs met, my expectations were consistently exceeded. It's truly a gift (and a skill!!) to be doing something for 20-25 years and still treat your patients with patience-- and even though I'm sure they've heard every question a million times, they never make you feel annoying or belittle concerns. I'd also like to add that from the lab tech to the nurses to the office staff, it's a fantastic practice all around! I've always felt genuinely cared about and that my needs and the needs of my baby were a priority.
Dr. Russo is a great physician. And though he is extremely busy I never feel rushed. I have been with him for many, many years and hope for many more. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. Russo is the best doctor I've ever been too. Not only did he give great care and deliver our baby but he talks to you with respect and I never felt rush. Very happy I found him. I do remember having a very bad experience at this office with another doctor there and there was an appointment lost by the office but it wouldn't keep me from using the practice to see Dr. Russo.
