They are very organized with their appointment system. You never have to wait long there. Always nice and courteous, Very clean all the time. Doctors are thorough and caring.
I’m so happy I switched to this office. They are always prompt and never keep you waiting long past your appointment time. Everyone here is nice and respectful. My questions are always answered and I never feel rushed out of the room.
Dr Russo is the most caring, compassionate, down to earth doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I actually look forward to my annual exams! He always puts me at ease!

The care, expertise, and compassion of Dr. Russo, Dr. Nickels, and Dr. O'Brien is unsurpassed. The doctors are incredible, the office runs with zero issues (I've never experienced a problem in the years I've been), the nurses and support staff are **absolutely wonderful**, appointments are never an issue, and it's just an all-around phenomenal practice. The doctors set the tone of excellence, professionalism, and compassion. They delivered all 3 of my children (including our now 2 week old!) and the care I received was no doubt top-notch. What truly sets this dream-team apart is that they've got it all: they're amazing physicians, they're caring people, and they have a wonderful bedside manner. Every time I needed anything or had a question it was answered, and not only were my needs met, my expectations were consistently exceeded. It's truly a gift (and a skill!!) to be doing something for 20-25 years and still treat your patients with patience-- and even though I'm sure they've heard every question a million times, they never make you feel annoying or belittle concerns. I'd also like to add that from the lab tech to the nurses to the office staff, it's a fantastic practice all around! I've always felt genuinely cared about and that my needs and the needs of my baby were a priority.
