My Husband and I have been going to this office for over 20 years. We have always been well served by Dr. Menacker and more recently by Dr. Yousef. It is a busy office, but they move along very well. I have always been seen immediately for an emergency. I am very impressed by the follow up care from this office. And we are very happy with Dr. Yousef for his personal concern for our health needs and for his professional experience.
I love the doctors at this practice. I can always get in. My primary doctor is Dr. Menacker,but all the other doctors I have met were also great. They don't just treat but they listen to you.
Marie in billing is great! I was unaware that my doctor has become out of my insurance network and she called me a few days before my appointment to make sure I was aware. Marie saved me time and money. I had taken the day off of work to attend my appointment and had she not called, I would have missed work for no reason. She also saved me from being charged for seeing an out of network doctor. Thank you Marie!
