I have been a patient of his for close to 3 years and my back and neck pain has decreased dramatically. I highly recommend anyone to become a new patient of Dr. Johnson, you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

(June 18, 2015, 1:05 pm)We found Dr. Joe Johnson when unfortunately my husband was in tremendous back pain - like something I've never seen before. He couldn't sit/stand/walk - he was in tears in so much pain. Dr. Johnson saw us on a Saturday morning for the first time and once he saw my husband in the pain he was in - Dr. Johnson sprang into action. His first order of business was to help my husband and NOT get payment/insurance, etc. THAT is what a true physician is in our mind -- a true professional in every sense of the word. (We of course do pay him and all! ha!) But he was so attentive to my husband in those first few days - we immediately fell in love with him.
He helped my husband get back on his feet and now sees him about once a month to maintain.

(June 12, 2015, 4:38 pm)What a thoughtful and thorough doctor! Dr. Johnson is one of the best out there. He has helped me greatly between my shoulder issues and lower back pain. He even helped be get orthadics to help my foot pain! He is a pleasure to visit and always gives me time to explain my pain and evaluate it the way it should be! I feel like a million bucks when I leave!
As someone in the fitness field, I need to manage pain often and take care of my problem areas in order to avoid having an even bigger injury. Doctor Johnson has great hours that work well with my busy schedule. He has even opened the office on his day off when I hurt my shoulder in my fitness class. Thank you for being so reliable! He is on top of his game on latest technology and incorporates them in his practice, such as axial traction, cold laser, massage, and flexion distraction, and many traditional as well as low force activator techniques which helped my back pain dissipate and resolve quicker than any physical therapy or conventional medicine with useless pain medication.Rehab exercises on premises tied directly to treatments, and massage therapist on staff gave me confidence He did direct Medical Neurologist referral , and MRI for my disc herniation, which does not require surgery.This multi-specialty approach put's him at the Apex of his field as a Chiropractic Physician in Bergen County.I recommend him highly, and have referred many patient's whom also had excellent outcomes under is care.
