  I joined about 2 years ago as part of the Maven Challenge to get back in shape, never imagined it would become my new fitness home. The best trainers, the best workouts and the best team camaraderie are here. Even after pandemic, Maven continues to offer classes via zoom which have been great!

  Maven center is a life changer. My fitness level has never been better. I went from a couch potato to doing things I never dreamed of doing such as running 1/2 marathons. The programming is great because it is scaleable to your fitness level. Anyone can do it. I’ve been there also for PT and there staff is top notch. They make you feel right at home and very effectively addressed your issue.

  I’ve been going to Maven for almost three years consistently. They have the most knowledgeable and progressive physical therapists. The cross function gym portion workouts are designed by physical therapists and can be extremely challenging to the most fit athletes or modified to any skill / fitness level. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and always eager to help. Highly recommend for any physical therapy or fitness needs.

  I started out as a physical therapy patient and switched over to being a member of the fitness center. It was one of the best decisions of my life. Whether you're looking fro physical therapy or group fitness classes I highly recommend Maven.
