(October 12, 2019, 11:29 pm)I was in New Jersey on vacation. The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to engage. I had to have the pants altered a bit and we thought we would be back in the city to pick up the suit. Unfortunately we forgot we had to turn the rental car in which did not give us the means to pick up the suit. Ned made an exception and sent the suit out to me e an though this is not a service they offer.
It is so good to see and experience exemplary customer service! -

They help me with the fit, my suite went from off the rack to custom by the help of their talented tailor. I will definitely shop there again...and soon

(September 17, 2019, 8:41 pm)Great store! I've been to the suit store outlet multiple times now and each time I've been successful in getting a great looking suit at a low price! The staff is very helpful and not pressuring at all, and they are very good at choosing a matching shirts and ties. Try to see Walter if you can. Another great thing is that they do the alterations on the spot while you wait so you can have suit that's ready to wear right out of the store. I definitely recommend!!

They have helped us choose appropriate suits, alter, and re-alter when my son grew and needed slight adjustment. We were recently helped by Ned, who was simply the kindest. We came in need of some minor alterations, fully expecting to have to leave it there and come back. Ned took care of us on the spot!!
This store is truly full service. With an excellent staff!
