CityMD Paramus Rt. 4 Urgent Care - New Jersey

I rarely leave reviews; but too often people leave them only when they are mad; and not to commend someone when they do something well! My husband and teenage daughter went for COVID testing last week; and the young lady- Shay, or Shea; not sure how she spells it! Was so sweet, and helpful. Excellent customer service! I truly hope her supervisors see this; and give her some type of bonus. She deserves it. I was stressed and miserable; but her smile and helpful attitude made all the difference.

I was not feeling well at all when I got there but I was seen pretty quickly and the staff was very caring and competent. The doctor listened to me carefully and explained to me in detail what my diagnosis and recommended care plan were. She asked if I had questions or concerns and when I didn’t, she advised me what symptoms I should be concerned about and to notify them or go to the nearest ER if it I experienced a problem after hours.

I was able to pick up my medicine quickly, went home and went to bed. Two days later I am feeling much better.

Exceptional first time visit to a CityMD or any emergency clinic. Glad I was recommended here and was able to receive same day x-rays without an appointment. Especially grateful to Dr.Weiss for his outstanding and compassionate care.
