  I came to Care One after a knee replacement. My goal was to go home to a house with a lot of stairs. When I first arrived at CareOne I couldn't do any steps and walked only a short distance with a walker. Occupational Therapy had to observe me to ensure I was able to take care of my self care needs safely. The nursing and physician staff assisted with pain management so I was able to function and participate in therapy. With the cheerfully, relentless help of the Physical Therapist's, I can now use a cane to walk up & down four flights of steps. I can also walk at least 250' with the cane by myself. I had a home visit with an Occupational and Physical Therapist who observed the safety of my home environment and also observed me performing daily activities within my home. Before my surgery I knew I was not going to be able to go home from the hospital. I'm glad I came to CareOne as they gave me the strength and courage I needed to get home safely.

  Mom came here for physical therapy and her stay was 2 months. Resident doctor was soft spoken and genuinely concerned, the nursing staff was attentive and friendly to residents families.

  I give 5 stars to CareOne Physical and Occupation Therapy Department. While there are dedicated nurses such as Ellen and Julie including most of the night nurses, there are room for improvement in this area still.
  When I came to CareOne, it was after a bilateral knee surgery. I had a lot of pain and initially I had supervision but progressed to being completely independent. The therapy department pushed me to do better each day. The therapists are all very friendly, professional and always willing to help. Shout out to Jennifer and Julius especially to Judy who made sure I did my homework and exercises. Thank you to Dr Arbar- he managed my pain so I can do my PT. Shout out to Annie of Social Services who is very gracious and helpful. Changed rating to overall four taking into consideration all services received especially to the unsung heroes I have observed everyday assisting the elderlies and patients.

  I came to CareOne to recover after a cardiac episode. I found the staff to be very good and responsive to all my needs. With the help of the rehab staff, I feel I have made gains in my strength and endurance. I think the food selection and preparation is very good with the kitchen staff being very helpful and pleasant. I will have to leave CareOne for a cardiac procedure but due to the good experience I've had up to this point, I plan to come back for further nursing and rehabilitation.
