She took the time to explain the fabrics, filling etc. Even when there was an issue with the delivery timeline, she immediately rectified and I was able to receive as expected. Customer service these days is lacking therefore it is always a pleasure to work with someone that has the personality and patients to work with customers until the customer is satisfied with the order. And I must mention that she did not just take the time with me alone but was able to multitask between customers without it being felt as if you were forgotten about or ignored.
