  We had our son’s seventh birthday party here and they were fantastic. They did all kinds of fun experiments with dry ice and bubble makers and the children had a blast. The staff was excellent and friendly, and they took care of everything for us. I highly recommend this store for both parties and purchases. Great people!

  I can't stop gushing about my son's 5th Birthday Party at Let's Pretend Toys yesterday! He had the Superhero themed party, and it was one of the best parties we've ever had! From planning stages through the end of the party, everyone at the store was very nice, but we especially fell in love with Michelle. She is COOL - great with the kids, has tons of energy, and definitely seems to love what she does. She kept the kids occupied with very creative superhero themed activities from the moment they arrived and put on their superhero capes (provided by the store) until it was time to eat. About 20 mins into the party, Batman arrived (arranged by the store for an extra fee) and gave the kids some fun Superhero training. From there, the pacing of the party was perfect - Michelle and Batman would have the kids in one section of the room doing something while the other hostess Amanda would be setting up a new activity in the other half of the room. I was amazed at how much they did in the activity hour! They decorated their own foam superhero masks, created activity scenes with superhero themed stickers, did some magic color superhero scratch art, picked up flashing "kryptonite" balls with kid-sized squeeze grabbers, strengthened their legs by bouncing around and having races on happy hopper balls, used small nerf guns to knock down the villains (pictures on styrofoam blocks lined up on the tables), and finally each child took individual pictures with Batman (who was extremely gentle and patient with the kids). All of the kids (ages 3 - 10) and their parents had a blast! I especially had a fun, stress-free time because the store provided all of the decorations, balloons, invitations, pizza (ordered by the store to be delivered at the ideal time), drinks, paper goods, all superhero capes and equipment, activities, 2 hostesses, Batman (store set up the visit and coordinated the activities with him), music, set-up, clean-up, etc. The only things I had to bring were the goody bags (although they offered to put them together for me with store trinkets for a 20% discount), the cake, and the parents' drinks and paper goods. The cost of the 90 minute party was extremely reasonable, and I even received a 20% discount just for having my son create a store Wish List (with no purchase requirements to receive the discount)! If guests did call or go to the store to purchase from the wish list, the store would even wrap the gift and have it at the party waiting for them. This was by far one of the best birthday parties we've ever had. I highly recommend Birthday parties with Michelle at Let's Pretend Toys!

  Great store. They let us play with the toys and never pressure us to buy something. They have a great selection. We're planning to have a bday party there.

  My goddaughter who is literally the cutest thing in the world won't allow me to shop anywhere else. She is a wiz and just skipped the first grade, and she loves coming with me to Let's Pretend because there is the perfect mix of exciting AND educational toys. The staff is friendly and the store is spacious and clean. I wouldn't shop for toys anywhere else.
