(February 2, 2019, 9:59 am)My name is Victoria LoPiccolo and I have been training at Bergen Taekwondo Academy for 5 years now. I recently got my black belt. Bergen Taekwondo Academy has a great atmosphere and the Masters and instructors are so nice. We train hard for 45 minutes. After class I feel like I have been worked. Aside from the conditioning we learn our forms and self defense. This helps us against enemies in the outside world. We are taught to use this only in self defense. When I first started I was scared to do a tumble but now I do them with ease. My master thought me to over come my fears and be brave. At Bergen Taekwondo Academy we are a family.

I have been a student at Jang Star for about 8 years now and I couldn't be happier here, it's a place of bonding and where we all become one family. Also my brother is autistic and has been in taekwondo for 7 years and loves it. They are great with working with special needs kids and it is shown in their work... I love it and i wouldn't trade it for anything in the world

(June 5, 2016, 3:06 pm)I have been a student at Jang Star for 7 years and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to students individual needs. The classes are small with multiple instructors which means every student gets one-on-one attention. The classes are fun and involve practical self defense techniques. Over all a fantastic class for children and adults
