  I contacted Evan and his team because I had a 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that needed a completely brand new floor and I was getting quotes to do the work. Evan came to meet me at the property the same day, took measurements of the space and discussed what I was looking to accomplish in the space, what my budget was and who the space was intended for. So for some background this is for an investment property that I had and I was looking for something affordable but also visually appealing to potential renters. He suggested I consider using vinyl plank flooring that look just like hardwood floors, are extremely durable and best of all affordable. In the past I had used linoleum but I've been increasingly dissatisfied with the way it looks plus it isn't as appealing to potential renters so I wanted to try something else and after discussing it with Evan it seemed that the vinyl plank flooring would be the best route to go.
  Later that day he emailed me a detailed written estimate including the square footage calculations and what would be included with his services and what wouldn't be included. He warned me ahead of time that they would do the best they could given the floors were very uneven and I wasn't about to spend a lot of money putting down more plywood to try and even it out. I went with his proposal because he made me felt comfortable with the process and I had used him in the past for plumbing services and they were always on time and professional plus their pricing was competitive.
  He helped me pick out the flooring material to use, I ordered the materials online and he went to the hardware store to pick up the materials to bring it to the property. The entire project was done in 3 days (they're finishing it up today since the only items left is the touch up work on the floor trims, door trims and some caulking) and every day he kept me up to date on what was going on and along the way he brought up any issues that came up.
  They completed the job within schedule and the floor came out fantastic. I can tell you that I will continue using them for future projects as I trust their honesty and transparency which is very hard to find among contractors. They completed the work as they said they would at the price that was quoted. I highly recommend giving them a chance and I've attached the finished floor they did for my project, the completed the floor and the finished baseboard trim and the trim around the doors. The floors came out better than I had expected.
  You can see below how the flooring came out, I'm sure i'm not going to have any problems renting out this apartment now, it really makes the apartment shine. Give TP Plumbing a call and get an estimate, you won't be disappointed.

  They were hired as a subcontractor to another contractor I hired to do some work on my house. TP was very responsive and took care of their part of the project quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They are very customer oriented and sensitive to the customer's needs. Highly recommended.

  Paul completely gutted my bathroom down to the studs and did an amazing job transforming it from a mirror filled 1970s monstrosity to a bathroom worthy of a magazine cover. Paul is incredibly detail oriented, meticulous in his craft, and has an amazing team of professionals that help him get the job done, and done right. We were concerned that being such a small bathroom at 5'x7' would make every decision on fixtures and colors super important. Paul and Evan both walked us through all the key decision points and gave great suggestions and input backed by their vast experience. Evan had a great catch on the floor tile coloring noticing that it might clash with the vanity we selected so he steered us in direction that was more appropriately matching to the vanity. So glad he did as it turned out to be a perfect match! We love our new bathroom and are so glad we decided to go with TP plumbing. Their pricing is extremely fair and they finished the job ahead of schedule. From demo to first flush took 5 weeks on a 6-8 week estimate. I won’t ever use another plumber or bathroom/kitchen reno Company again. Thanks Paul and Evan for all your hard work and help!

  We had TP Plumbing completely gut and renovate our bathroom. The project was done in 3 weeks and the team was there every day working to get it finished. The helped us get quality materials at a discount and had no qualms working late or on a Saturday to complete the project. Our bathroom is beautiful and the entire experience was better then we expected. We loved their work so much we asked them back to refinish one of our bedrooms. The room had wood paneling on all walls which they took off, re-insulated, sheet rocked and painted. They also replaced the door and closet doors. Finally we had them add storm doors to the front and back of our house. They might be plumbers but they can do it all! and for a reasonable price. An additional plus was they put up with a slightly protective puppy who likes to bark. Any project we need to have done, we will always see if Paul, Evan and team are willing and available. Thank you!!

  TP Plumbing added a second bathroom to our house. After having six estimates done, we almost didn't book with them: TP Plumbing quoted us half the price AND half the time of what we thought was the most reasonable competitor, and honestly, we thought the numbers they were giving us were just too good to be true. But TP Plumbing stuck precisely to the estimate they gave us and completed the job on time. Evan and Paul were wonderful to work with - they were always accessible, answered every question we had, and really walked us through our first significant home renovation. In addition to doing beautiful work, Evan and Paul were just plain personable and showed so much care for the work they were doing. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and made us feel like we weren't living in a construction zone, which was so important with our two young children. TP Plumbing will be our first call for our next project!
