  Sara and Michael are great people. Sara has been cutting my hair for years and does a great job. Michael always makes you feel at home offering drinks, etc.
  It is a shame the strip mall they are in had building problems in 2018. It is a new business for them and they deserve a break in 2019. Give them a try - I will be a customer for life.

  I am a (very) long time client of Sara, and I can honestly say she is absolutely the best hairstylist I have ever known. I followed her from Joli Salon and the experience here at her very own salon in River Edge, Sara Michael Salon, is exponentially better! The salon is absolutely beautiful, modern, and the atmosphere could not be friendlier. Sara and her husband, Mike, have created a salon that, though modern as can be, takes us back to a time when shopkeepers were like family. They offer coffee, pastries, and a generous helping of warmth and geniality. I cannot recommend a salon more highly!

  What can I say, not enough stars here to click!
  I stopped in one day to get my hair cut and what service. Great price and they carry a fantastic line of shampoos from Chi. My hair never looked so good. Also, Sara is a masterful job of matching color.
  I have referred many people and they all love Sara and are going back.

  Finding a good hairdresser is so difficult and SARA is the BEST! She is the ONLY person that I completely trust with my hair and I always LOVE the results no matter how my styles and expectations have changed over the years. The salon is beautiful and clean. The experience from start to finish is very professional and luxurious! I highly recommend this salon!!!!!

  I rarely ever get my hair cut because I don't trust my hair with anyone but I went to this salon and was not disappointed! Sara was so friendly and the customer service was great. The salon was beautiful and clean, exactly how it should be! I am definitely coming back in the future!
