Are these reviews for the River Edge location ?
Highly competent personnel who are attentive to patients needs and progress. The regiments they provide to heal patients are cutting edge and the facility is very clean, well lit and spacious. You cannot do better than Optimum Orthopedics for any type of physical therapy.
Last December, I completed my rehabilitation from a quad tendon injury at Optimum Orthopedics Montclair, NJ facility. It was my third time as a patient at Optimum and I can't say enough positive things about the staff and facility. My first experience was following a hip replacement in the summer of 2014. I had the surgery done at NYC's Hospital for Special Surgery and they recommended Optimum Orthopedics as the top physical therapy provider in North Jersey. Based on my subsequent experiences, I now see why.
Through three recoveries, I worked primarily with Heather and I attribute the success of my recoveries to her expertise and attention to my activity. She was always diligent in monitoring my progress, form and comfort level through the assigned routines. Heather always prepared a plan that was dynamic, evolving based on my progress. The level of coordination among the staff is impressive. They were very flexible in accommodating my schedule and when I worked with another physical therapist on occasion, the transition was seamless. Over the course of my rehabilitations I also worked with Kevin, Kim and Brian and I can't imagine a more experienced, helpful and talented group of therapists. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Amanda, Melissa and Patti, who provided invaluable help to me throughout my rehabilitation. There is a tremendous wealth of knowledge within the staff at Optimum Orthopedics and they are always there to assist and advise.
Optimum Orthopedics is a really nice facility as well. Open space, excellent natural light and state-of-the-art equipment, it is a great environment for healing. Across the board, the staff is very professional, positive and they enjoy their work, which translates to a great patient experience. They make it a positive, upbeat, energetic atmosphere that inspires success.
I consider myself most fortunate to have found a physical therapist and treatment center that helped me achieve my goals through three surgeries. While I can't honestly say that I hope to be a patient again soon, should the need arise, I will certainly return to Optimum orthopedics.
Can't say enough good about Mike and his. Staff. Excellent care with great facilities.
