  My husband came to this facility for six weeks for physical therapy after suffering an accident and having a major back lumber spine surgery. First I would like thank all the nurses and staff at this facility you guys were amazing and took great care of him. The facility is so clean as well and his physical therapist Beth was great so patient and motivating to him. Thank you Kessler for all your services we are forever grateful to you guys.

  I have absolutely no complaints about Kessler. They are the most reliable and professional rehab Center I have experienced. At first I was hesitant because of my bad experience with other rehabs but I can say this one is unique. All the nurses are very caring as well as the doctors they communicate well with each other and know exactly what is happening with each patient. Highly recommend!!! 😊

  3.8/5.0. My father suffered from a stroke and was an inpatient at Kessler for 3 weeks last July.  And I’d have to say our experience overall was mixed.
  
  Although you’re not really permitted to observe any of the rehab sessions (other than for one status update meeting) which seems a bit curious, we did find all of the therapists to be generally excellent. As far as the nursing and aide assistance is concerned, it ranged from very good to barely average depending on the particular individual.  Some were very responsive and others hardly at all.
  
  The main problem however, was with the administration.  The communication was for the most part poor and in the end we were only afforded 5 working days’ notice for his discharge date - which aside from not allowing much time to adequately research and make a decision on the new facility to have him transferred to - also caused a serious conflict with a medical appointment for my mother.  Despite continual pleas, no flexibility was offered whatsoever to allow for any extension of time even for an extra day despite our willingness to pay out-of-pocket for any addental cost.
  
  In summary if you’re in the situation we were in, where you’re being discharged from the hospital and don’t have the luxury of time to research an acute care center, then you could do worse than Kessler.  But if you do have the time to look into and evaluate other facilities, we would not recommend this one.

  My experience here at Kessler has been a wonderful experience. From the pt & ot's to the nursing staff, all of their assistants, to the kitchen & janitorial staff they have all made my stay here and my journey to having a stronger mind & body an easier journey. All of their hard work and dedication will be eternally appreciated

  Recovering from a major orthopedic spinal surgery my experience with Kessler in Saddle Brook was a very positive one. The staff was very kind, compassionate and caring. I was NEVER made to feel as if I was a bother. My wants and needs were ALWAYS taken care of quickly and efficiently no matter how big or small the requests were. If I was feeling down the nursing staff took the time out to cheer me up. I highly recommend Kessler in Saddle Brook. I personally didn’t have a long stay but I left for home with the skills and confidence I needed to take care of myself at home.
