Cloverdale Park Apartments

Me and my wife transfer from another Legow apartment complex and the leasing agent Terina Myrie was awesome, she understood our need of moving out within 4 days of notice and in a very dynamic way she communicated with everyone to make it happen, plus she gave us a great deal in our new appartment! Always ask for her ???

Been living here about 3 years. I love the layout, my bedroom and bathroom are tucked away from the living area and I have a nice cross breeze when windows are open. I like controlling my own heat and having hard wood floors. The property is nicely maintained, not noisy, no dogs allowed. The super fixes things next day or even same day! Only thing I would like is a deeply cleaned and updated laundry facility.

Great place to live , but rent goes up yearly

I am lucky enough that I found this complex. When I went and talk to the manager she was so nice and bubbly. She explained everything and made it easy for me to understand. When I left I told my boyfriend this is the place we need to be and we are blessed that we get to live here starting March
