  Everything about this place screams growth and community. I went to a workshop that was hosted by Rancis and Moises and left feeling empowered and abundant. They allowed me to understand all concepts that were being discussed in such a beautiful way. I'm really looking forward to doing more work with them in the future. If you're looking for change and self-development you don't want to go anywhere else. Vida Project is where you need to be!

  VidaProject has changed my life and the perception of myself. I have learned that SELF LOVE is needed. In addition to learning how to realize my emotional attachments to food and journaling while working through it. The team is committed to helping you make the best change. My person trainer, Evelyn Morrison, is amazing. She taught me how to work even with all my disabilities. Thank you VidaProject team, you are all amazing.

  My diagnoses with Multiple Sclerosis in 2018, brought me to VIDA Project for their movement arts classes. It was a slow start for me, but forever grateful to this community of coaches for their consistent support in helping me take back control of my health. With their personal coaching, training, and outdoor group glasses, I’ve been able stay relapse free and accomplish every goal I’ve set for myself. Even throughout quarantine, they were there for their students and ensured a safe environment for all. I highly recommend Vida Project to anyone who enjoys a challenge and wants to crush the goals they’ve struggled to achieve.

  I want to start off by saying, I have been an athlete playing multiple sports my whole life. I consider myself very active at 37 y/o. The Vida Project is unlike any other fitness training I have been a part of. They focus a lot on joint mobility and natural/primal movements that result in not only more strength and stability but more increased range of motion as well.
  
  They provide a group class called Movements Arts, that is very challenging and rewarding at the same time. It gets very intense toward the last half of the class. Both Rances and Moises are incredible coaches who motivate you and push you to be the best you can be. They help you not only develop outer strength, but inner strength as well. One thing that i love about Vida Project is it is a nonjudgmental environment. They do a great job at providing a very friendly and positive environment for their clients.
  
  I highly recommend Vida Project to anybody who is looking to get in better shape and who is serious about challenging their physical limits.  You won't find 2 nicer or more humble people to help you on your fitness journey than Moises and Rances. I am very grateful for them.

  This place is a one stop for anyone who’s in search of becoming the best version of themselves. VidaProject offers life coaching, guides you with nutrition, and with exercise. Here they help you tap into your mental and physical potential. I started my fitness journey here by doing the Wonder Woman program back in August of this year and it’s the most results and improvement I’ve been able to achieve. Training was 3 times per week for 8 weeks, they helped me understand my meal portions and guided me with meal choices. They checked in with me when I wasn’t at the center and tracked my progress. I have worked with a personal trainer before but VidaProject is unlike any other gym or service. They helped push me and i honestly learned so much there. The coaches here make you feel like you’re part of their family and circle of friends. They truly care about your goals and go above and beyond to help you.
